Leo Brand joins Vebego’s Supervisory Board
Leo Brand joins Vebego’s Supervisory Board (SB). His knowledge and experience in the field of IT and digitalisation are a good addition to the expertise and talents of the other Supervisory Board members. Moreover, his expertise fits well with the development phase Vebego is in.
Leo Brand has been Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Koninklijke Vopak N.V., the world’s largest independent tank storage service provider, since 2014. As CIO, he oversees the digital transformation at Vopak and is also the founder and chair of the Vopak Venture Board, through which the group invests in new technologies and sustainable innovations. Prior to this, Leo Brand held commercial and management positions at Swisscom, Kearney Management Consultants and KLM.
Leo Brand is also a Supervisory Board member of the family-owned Autobinck Group and chair of the Supervisory Board of Innovation Quarter, Zuid-Holland’s regional development agency. He has been appointed for a four-year term, with the possibility of renewal.
