Poléanne Vluggen wins CHRO of the Year!
We are immensely proud to announce that Poléanne has won the CHRO of the Year 2024 award! Poléanne has led the People & Culture team at Vebego since September 2022 and has played a crucial role in shaping our One Vebego culture. Under her leadership, we have embedded our People First philosophy into our organisation and our brand.
During a period of major transition, in which we merged 140 companies into a strategic core of eight, Poléanne and her People & Culture team ensured that the importance of culture and people was always safeguarded.
