Vebego sells Reflex Healthcare
Vebego has sold 100% of the shares in Reflex Healthcare People B.V. to Belgian X-care, a subsidiary of Planet Group, on 31 March 2025.
Reflex is an interim medical staffing agency that has been operating in Brussels and Wallonia for over 20 years. Reflex has around 100 employees working daily in hospitals and residential care centres. For employees and customers, this acquisition has no consequences.
The sale contributes to the gradual focus Vebego is putting on its activities in Belgium and the other countries where the company operates. In the last five years, eight core companies have in this way been formed active in cleaning, care services, landscaping and facilities management, supplemented with some specialist activities.
